Denise Crosbie


The dynamic wetlands officer who never tires

Denise is our dynamic Wetlands Officer, a pivotal position she has held since 1996. With this experience comes an intimate knowledge of our wetlands and a profound passion to make a difference. She spearheads the day-to-day running of the Centre as well as participates in discussions with stakeholders to reach and exceed our conservation goals.

Denise was awarded the 2006 John Oldham Conservation Employee Award for her ongoing efforts at the Centre. She holds a tertiary qualification in Environmental Sciences and has been a member of the Wetlands Conservation Society since 1991.
